Perfect location. Close to eateries, shops, waterworld. Very quiet which was great. Staff was awesome from check in to check out. Breakfast was spot on. We had everything and it was amazing. Definitely will be coming back with my family for a longer stay.

The only good thing was ample free parking. The hotel was old, and the AC was leaking inside the room. Not worth for money

Staff were amazing and so helpful. Room was nice and big. Restaurant had delicious meals and the breakfast buffet had so many yummy options. Lots of parking which is great.

The front office were very welcoming - 2 gentlemen. Also the breakfast was impressive and loved the fruit selection. The only complaint i have the restaurant, one of the middle windows was very dirty.

Rooms / property were clean and tidy. However property overall is very dated and need refurbishment, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very average and poor quality, eg no fresh fruit but had canned/ preserved fruit.

Thank you Glenn. We are aware that our standard rooms are tired, but the Superior rooms have all been re-furbished. There is always fresh fruit on the buffet along with canned fruit.

Room was functional, though no telephone in the room. Entrance to block the room was in was dirty, and the block was noticeable for the noise levels.

Thank you Andy. I am sorry that you found the block noisy. We vaccuum the entrances daily, but the leaves get trodden onto the carpet because of the exceptional wet weather
