the only advantages of this hotel are the breakfast and the location otherwise everything is bad. It needs a full renovation and maintenance. the room wasn’t clean enough. the lighting was very bad. the last day we told the staff that we are checking out they just said okay without saying anything else even they didn’t ask us about our stay. they’re not professional at all. i don’t recommend

Clean room but shower not great. Difficult to get into (bathtub with tall walls) and shower head is really a hand held shower. Sub-optimal water pressure. But breakfast was large buffet and rooftop view did not disappoint. Hotel is closer to a 3-star by North American standards.

Overall it was pretty good. No tissue box in the room. Breakfast was awesome. TV wasn’t working for a few days we didn’t use it much anyway. Water was shut off a couple of times and when it started the water was brown for a while. It was pretty close to the train station and the grand bazaar.

Nice hotel, located on the river front and everything is walking distance. Also a great location to stay in if you are planning to get the shuttle bus to and from the hotel, as the stop is on the same road. So no having to get a cab to hotel or dragging your luggage up steep hills!
