"We had a wonderful stay at the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel. Yes, the property is a bit dated but the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect proximity to all things fun. We will definitely stay there again. Mahalo!"

"Flies in the barn was an extreme nuisance. Uncut grass from cabin 5 to the barn was annoying. The falls was a amazing. However, be extremely careful if you take the short hike because the uneven rocks is a challenge especially if it rain (9 out 10 times it'll rain). Despite that, Jordan, Abby, & Cady (not in order) was top of line from hospitality, interaction, professionalism, tidiness, etc. & they wasn't ugly :-)"
