"Hotel is beautiful! Staff are exceptional! I experienced a medical issue and had to check out early. Staff were very helpful and accommodating in working with us. Will definitely book here again! Pool and hot tub were very nice! Breakfast and breakfast staff exceptional. He even helped my husband getting us trolly cart and loading car! "

"My husband and I stayed for a weekend when enjoying the wine trail, attending a concert at CMAC, and participating in a cooking class at NY Kitchen. We were pleasently surprised by the accomodations. The room/bathroom were IMMACULATE - actually made me wonder if the hotel was brand new? The bed was comfortable, but I would have appreciated the extra room that a King Size bed allows. The pillows were a bit small for my liking, as well. The room was comfortable and we appreciated the small kitchenette that allowed for us to chill beverages and store leftovers. Continental breakfast was sufficient with quite a few options available. Location was ideal - about 15 minutes from our destinations. Would definitely recommend!"

"Location of this property is magnificent! Lakefront views and terraces make it a stellar option. Property offers plenty of outdoor seating to absorb the scenery with access to a public dock, pier and dangerously close proximity to an ice cream shop next door. Easy walking access to the many restaurants and shops in the downtown area. Our room was very comfortably furnished and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Really wished we'd brought our bikes to take advantage of the bike/walking trail that went past the hotel along the lake. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay and will return when in the area. "
