The property is immaculately kept - from the starch, crisp linens, to the impeccable landscaping - the Lake House goes above and beyond to create a beautiful experience for its guests. I enjoyed staying in a king-sized cottage overlooking the canal. I used the small gym in the morning (not much, but I don't think most people work out on their vacation), ate at Rose Tavern, and utilized the shuttle service for a concert at CMAC. I also contacted the concierge weeks in advance to set up a driver for a private wine tour on Seneca Lake. My boyfriend and I loved it! I would highly recommend spending some much-needed R&R away at the Lake House Hotel. It has so much to offer.

The staff was friendly and it was a unique and cozy place to stay. 4 stars because sadly one of the main things we came for was the advertised all year round outdoor headed pool. The room was spotless and even had refillable water bottles, which you can refill with your choice of flat or sparkling water. The staff was fantastic and the hotel and rooms were clean and modern. We loved relaxing in the library with a roaring fireplace and making complimentary smores kits on the fire pits! Will definitely return.
