"Absolutely beautiful hotel, complimentary upgrade, the staff were excellent as was the food. The SPA was the most stunning peaceful relaxing space we have ever been in! Just perfect date night"

"Conveniently located in front (or attached to) the train station. There is actually a door from the hotel to train station that you can access between the hours of 8:00 and 21:00 without having to go outside. Inside the train station, there are markets, shops and restaurants. The room was very nice and had air conditioning. They have a nice restaurant and bar. The outside of the hotel looks like a palace. The inside lobby is decorated with Beatles decor."

"Beautiful Hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing so much to choose from. Had to pay for parking but right next to the hotel which made up for the payment."

"Good basic hotel . Nice barstaff. Location is one of its best attributes. Air Conditioning was not working and that made the room quite hot . Told reception but nothing could be done at that time. Hopefully , it will be fixed for the next customer. Rooms are well used and need a revamp ."

"When I read all the great reviews about this property, I thought if I got half the of great services written, I'll be glad. I wasn't disappointed! I was warmly welcome by the very pleasant and friendly receptionist Maria and Cole. They made all the check in process and my stay very seemless. The room was clean, modern and had the the necessary amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I had issue with my room and this was immediately resolved by the ladies and Christian . All in all my stay was very enjoyable and this will be my go to hotel anytime I'm in Liverpool."
