"I booked this resort at the last minute for my kids for spring break. It was perfect with beach easy access there was something to do and a lot of of restaurants around. You really don’t have to leave the beach once you get there because this resort has access to everything. I plan to stay here again. we really enjoyed the indoor pool because the weather really wasn’t that hot to enjoy the outdoors. "

"The hotel staff was not friendly, when I had a question or my room flooded when I showered they acted like I was bothering them. The property is out dated and doesn’t look anything like the pictures posted. The pool needs to be cleaned and there was not a fire pit at all. It was nice to be able to walk directly to the beach though. "

"The rooms were not clean! We had to go into another room because they only have one cleaning lady that’s elderly, and she just couldn’t keep up and she doesn’t clean the rooms or change the beds as they’re supposed to be! They finally get done what they need to get done but this is a very old old hotel that used to be wonderful to stay at but now they’re just letting it go downhill fast "

"I asked for, and was placed in a room that was 'designated' and 'marked' non-smoking, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke. And although the air conditioner was newer and worked very well, it never got rid of that horible smell in the room. The room was slightly dirty, especially the floor and the towels were dingy. I guess you get what you pay for."

"We have been goin to the sun Viking for the last 14 years ! And it’s sad to say now that they are now under new ownership/ management we will not be going back ! Room were nasty everything was broken we got locked out of the sleeping area away from our little children called the front deals and was told we would have to wait it out ! Iv never been so disappointed ! "
