We don't have huge high expectations, so we're generally not disappointed. And when "cheap accommodations" are so rare now, this is actually a find"

"Nice, small, family run motel. I've stayed twice in king rooms. The rooms are quite small but comfortable and clean enough for an overnight night place to sleep. Not a lot of counter space in the bathroom. Plenty of hot water and nice pressure in the shower Small fridge and small microwave. Short 5 min walk to great dining options. And a couple of nice looking places right behind that I haven't tried yet. The price is often right and I would stay again."
