About this property

Awesome private studio w/AC one block to Sunset Beach

  • This is a great studio with private back yard and lanai. Comes with a queen bed, couch that pulls out to a bed, fully stocked kitchen, bathtub, and gas grill. Laundry is on-site, and gated parking for your car. Newly installed split AC system is heavenly!
    There are beach chairs, and boogie boards for your use as well. You'll love the hot and cold outdoor shower and the zen feel to the backyard.
    I'm running out of things to say. It's a tile floor and wooden cabinets. Wifi and cable included.
