"The Villa was new and up scale and roomy. It was super clean and great instruction on how to deal with the needs for our 2 days stay. The bedrooms was good size with comfortable Queens size bed and not those twin size. The beds were great and firm enough you know they weren't cheap material. The amenities were great with the sauna room was clean and equipped with sauna towel along with the private hot tub in the unit and no need to share. The balcony was great for BBQ with family and friends....

"Except one thing that I will mention at the end — The room was nice and clean. The public baths were great (able to tried both located on 5F and 6F) - well maintained and clean. The view of 6F public bath was spectacular. It’s definitely not convenient location because it’s the terminus station of the bus from Gora. Going back to Gora you will definitely take hotel shuttle which ends at 5pm, or taxi. We happened coming from Gotemba where the bus stops right outside the hotel. So the only thing we didn’t like - the private hot tub in the room. (1) small that could just fit one (we happened to go to another onsen hotel and in-room tub could fit 2); the room’s tub is at the balcony… let’s not say it maybe too cold at night. It was very dark at night too. There were only very dim light at the corner of the balcony making it very dark at night. — the dark and cold and small tub making us impossible to enjoy the private tub in the room. Not sure how others would enjoy or do that at night. But we think it’s just something that looks nice for you to have but it’s just not practical."

"Very nice property. The home is very clean and rather spacious. Very close to nearby public transport which makes it very easy to get around. Location is rather walkable as well to other restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoyable more immersive experience to the neighborhood. There's a great little coffee house literally seconds away. Lovely amenities in the home. Personally loved the shower and large bathtub. The beds were good, but were very loud and creeky even with subtle movements. Since there are two twin beds in one room, one person getting it in and out of bed would likely disturb the other. However, this is an exceptionally minor critique to always overall an excellent experience. Would definitely stay again!"
