This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel and it never disappoints. The room is clean and we love the full kitchen facilities. Staff are friendly and the hotel is well located. Would definitely stay here again.
Friendly staff and they have a cafe and little store to buy extra water or ice cream on the 1st floor for convenience. The room was clean and spacious. The view from the room was nice also.
This hotel is convenient to everything and the accommodations was more than expected. It was roomy with a balcony and a kitchenette. We really enjoyed our stay.
Really lovely and spacious room--we chose one of the larger options. We loved that one bedroom had a divider from the living room, and the other had its own door. Our family of four felt like we weren't all jammed into a tiny space.
Also the height and balcony were nice for looking out on Hakodate.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel from the wonderful staff to the spacious apartment hotel room. Check in was not until 3pm so we were able to store our luggage while we roamed around. When we returned to check in, the staff advised us that our luggage was already delivered to our room. This was excellent customer service and we appreciated it. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.
Just one minute to morning market and 5mins to the seaside warehouse clusters, 10mins to public hall and Zambaya slope as well as JR station. Breakfast was delivered in a picnic basket and can be eaten in the balcony which was fantastic. There is a full kitchen and living room so very liveable. Laundromat is on the ground floor .
We stayed five nights at a quadruple room and enjoyed the stay thoroughly. The living room was spacious and the kitchen most functional. We also liked the washer and dryer at the ground floor. There were three of each but always available when we needed them.
The location was great as it was close to the morning seafood market and Hakodate station yet quiet. The balcony has a nice view of mountains afar.
But the best part of the stay was the wonderful staff, especially Ms Nakasato who gave us excellent advice on restaurants and travel. Everyone was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and well taken care of.
We would gladly return and recommend this wonderful place to friends.
We booked a standard double room, which was a suite with a separate siting area with a big couch and a dining table with two chairs, balcony, fully furnished kitchen, and a very spacious bathroom. The hotel is about 5-min. walk from the Hakodate JR station, right by the fish market, and walking distance from main attractions. I highly recommend it.
