We really liked the small tatami room with the sliding screens. It is close enough to the train station to walk, and near bars and restaurants. The hotel itself was very high class. The only reason I took off a star was terrible WiFi, it's free but so weak it's basically non-existent. We thought it was because we were on the 14th floor but also had issues in the lobby. We raised the matter to the staff, but the response (possibly a translation issue) was that it was free and they cannot confirm it will work. Every place we've stayed has free WiFi, and we've never had this issue. We ended up using a hotspot from our Japanese cell provider. This may be an issue for any foreign travelers trying to work from the room. Other than our WiFi issue, it was a great stay.
