One of the best hotels I have stayed in, the location in great out in the country side surrounded by fields. The room was great with a balcony looking out onto lovely gardens, I loved watching the robot lawn mower cutting the grass. Great breakfast in a lovely restaurant. The restaurant for lunch or evening meal was fantastic with a great menu to choose from.
The staff are so welcoming and polite and a really nice touch is that the owners help out in the restaurant when it's busy and check that...

Wonderful friendly people, good food in the restaurant, our room was lovely with lots of natural light and it also had a balcony. The breakfast was great. And all this came at a price that was very reasonable. If we get the chance to visit Witten again, this is definitely the hotel we would choose. The gentleman on reception, Holger, was very welcoming and made us feel at home.

Amazing country hotel with beautiful decor and spa. We enjoyed the indoor pool, sauna and massage bed for relaxation. Our junior suite was very comfortable and spacious enough for the three of us. We also had our own terrace with beautiful countryside views. The staff was very friendly and the food excellent.

So on arrival I was early but greeted with a great smile. Offered to look after my luggage prior to being able to get my room. Great hotel. Short walk from Central railway and into the centre. The outside does not do it justice..Shown personally to my room as there was a problem with my room card. Room was great. Not a lot of feedback I can give really apart from every time I walked past reception I was acknowledged and greeted with a smile. This is massive for a guest. Thank You. Love...

Great hotel close to the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was fantastic. WiFi signal in our room was very patchy, slow and kept dropping out though.

Suberb setting in village of Lossel near to Iserlohn. We were made to feel most welcolme by the Neuhaus family, in a well run country hotel. The food was outstanding both for breakfast and that served in the restaurant in the evening. The restaurant was frequented by a large number of local people, for very good reason as it was outstanding. Good area for walking.
We had dinner on three evenings during our short stay. The meals were absolutely excellent, and of the highest quality and suberbly...
