They couldn’t contact me on the check in day because I have out of country phone. I called them with friend’s phone to request send me check in info via email. Even that wasn’t an inconvenience but would have more easier. "

"The property was great for the train/sky capsule line, and were at a couple of great restaurants nearby. However, the reception was not always manned, we were asked to schedule our room service, and the breakfast was poor - a croissant with ham and cheese (no vegetarian option) and three tiny pieces of cut fruit. "I like that Hotel Hongdan was so close to the beach and was within walking distance of transport options. It was a nice and quiet hotel with friendly staff. The style is quite modern but I still managed to find my room cosy. I’d stay there again!"
"This actually is a very cool place. Big rooms with sea views and some of the best beds I have ever tried. Staff is great and the area around the hotel is my favourite part of Busan. Highly recommended."
