Even though I didn’t need to ask for anything, knowing that help was just a message away provided great peace of mind. Housekeeping was exceptional. They checked in every morning with fresh towels and offered to clean the room. They were incredibly proactive with beverages—sometimes bringing refills before I even had to ask! Unlike many other hotels, they provide real glassware in the rooms, which makes a huge difference. The Highlights: Accessibility: The rooms are very well thought out with step-in showers and sturdy grab rails, which is essential for anyone with mobility needs. Facilities: For a '2-star' hotel to have a gym, yoga, and Tai Chi facilities is unheard of. It’s also perfectly located near the city centre and a Vue cinema. Cleanliness: After I checked out, I sat in the foyer and watched the staff work. The entire place was cleaned top-to-bottom—absolutely spic and span. The staff were helpful, kind, and clearly felt that nothing was too much trouble.
