"The location of the Inn is ideal. About a block to the beach and walking distance to Asbury Park main street. However the property itself shows signs of wear. The bedrooms are small and have uncomfortable beds. The room was very dusty and did not look like it was cleaned prior to our arrival. There is not a bathroom in the room, you have to use a shared bathroom with other guests. Over all the location is great but the property itself needs to be remodeled and cleaned. "

"We arrived to find people in the parking lot drinking various types of alcohol and women who appeared to be escorts. The place felt very unsafe. We requested a refund as we did not feel safe due to the clientele and were denied. The concierge was very rude stating that other guests feel safe so we would not be refunded. "

"I think we may have been some of the first guests this year since we came down in shoulder season. One of the fridges was broken so we lost some food that we had bought, but overall it was a good space and matched the listing. Definitely more geared towards families and kids. "

"Excellent communication responds almost immediately to messages - super easy to work with no issues whatsoever. Extremely clean property and comfortable beds. We were in town for a lacrosse game at Monmouth University - it was a good location fairly close to campus easy drive. Thanks for a great weekend "
