"The staff were very friendly and attentive! The ryokan was beautiful in the snow. In the best possible way, we had a great time laughing with the staff over my stilted Japanese. The lady who showed us our room went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We had a lovely time at Shikitei, and I hope we return!"
