We like this hotel because it’s not too far from the train station and the breakfast is quite good. We’ve stayed there twice now. The staff is very pleasant but many do not speak much English. One thing to note: there is a step up into the bathroom. I think this is pretty common in hotels in smaller cities in Japan, but it’s something to be aware of as it can be a tripping hazard, especially at night.
Front desk staff were very helpful with checking in and checking out. They were more than happy to fill out the Yamato Transport slip for me. Normally I would fill it out myself, but they would do a better job of it anyways. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. And there are many restaurants nearby.
This hotel is about 20 minutes’ walk away from the railway station so you need to use your phone’s GPS to guide you. Otherwise the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Th location is great , easy to access shopping , eating and station . The hotel is really welcoming , the room is still kind small toward American’s stands . Overall i will recommend it to all the others and i will use it again .
The Hotel is a good value but I am not a fan of additional fees. The hotel claimed that I owed them for a city tax after I had paid Expedia. I really don't like hidden fees. The price is the price. The staff hounded me about the additional tax/fees I did not like that at all since the amount was not a lot. I have never skipped out on a bill. There are some staff that are friendly and helpful but there are others that are not. Some of the staff speak a little English but many do not. It can be difficult at times to communicate with them. If I extend my stay sometimes, they will force me to move to another room. I don't like that at all. Some of the 2-bedroom rooms are far too small for two adults. I had to move to a bigger room. Overall, the stay is not bad but there is room for improvement.
