Great location! It is connected through the underground passage to the station and mall. The staff is friendly. I had a great view and the breakfast 100% recommended. You can try local dishes and have complementary coffee during the afternoon at the lounge. I would definitely book again!

Very convenient and close to the station for any traveling with public transport to nearby areas or the rest of Morioka. Don't ignore the hotel breakfast (have to pay for a breakfast ticket at the front desk), the food options are good and if you want to try the 3 Great noodles of Morioka, you can get all of them at one location (though I can't say how good they are because I didn't try them).

Super convenient for first time visitors. Right across from Morioka station with lots of dining options and shopping. Catching the dendenmushi loop bus from the station made seeing the main sites comfortable when the weather was too hot to walk.
