Als wir ankamen, war der Schlüssel nicht in dem vorgesehenen Schlüsselkasten. Von der Servicestelle haben wir erfahren, dass das Apartment noch nicht gereinigt wurde und wird noch warten sollten. Zur Überbrückung sollten wir ein anderes Apartment bekommen, welches sich ebenfalls nicht öffnen ließ. Der vor diesem Haus hängende Schlüsselkasten war verbeult und die Zahnräder ließen sich nicht drehen. Meine Tochter hat sich den Finger verletzt. Das ursprüngliche Apartment war ab 11 Uhr versprochen. Nachdem wir bei schlechtem Wetter mit unserem Gepäck auf der Straße standen und um 18:45 Uhr immer noch kein Zimmer verfügbar war, haben wir das Vertrauen verloren und uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Es begann dunkel zu werden und ich wollte nicht länger auf der Straße stehen. Wir haben Betterstays informiert und auch nach unserem Urlaub angeschrieben. Darauf haben wir keine Reaktion erhalten und es gibt keine Bereitschaft, die Kosten zu erstatten oder sich zu entschuldigen. Insofern haben wir für unsere Unterkunft doppelt bezahlt.
