And not sure why it only has a 4 star rating as it deserves a 5 star. Hotel is brand new and it is beautifully decorated. It has a nice pool, gym and bar on the top floor and a nice restaurant on the main floor. Their buffet was really good with lots of choices. Staff was super friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Our room was upgraded for us and it was very large with leather furniture to lounge on. The bathroom was very nice with a nice soaker tub. Our bed was firm but not too hard, which we prefer. Hotel is also very close to the night market (5 min walk) and walking distance to lots of shops. The only cons on the hotel were there are not many nice restaurants nearby that we could find and the area was pretty quiet. This would have also been due to the time of year that we are here and the fact that a lot of the area is just being developed. But on top, the staff was amazing - very friendly and organized they were drugging our baggage, calling us taxi and opening doors for us 24/7\. The placement of the hotel is also great - just one block away from a lot of night life and the night bazaar. Staff members spoke English well and went above and beyond our expectations and needs. We stayed even longer at this hotel and they were able help us book rooms for our family members who decided to come. Breakfast was good and had a variety of options that will accomodate to your taste.
