"Reception staff helpful and kind. Restaurant provided excellent breakfast and evening meals. The gym was small but well laid out with everything I needed. The room was good but lacked a normal table or desk and instead had a weird lounge sofa (totally unnecessary). There was nowhere to eat or use a laptop in the room. I also wish I could've opened a window in my room. The AC was impossible to work out and I much prefer fresh air. The shower was excellent."

"Over night stay, staff very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Car park, is 10.00 and worth it, re the location of this hotel. We were allowed to get into our roon 30 minutes before our allocated time. Breakfast is extra, but worth it, fresh item always available, and very tasty. "

"Easy check-in. We arrived an hour early as I thought check-in was 2pm not 3pm but our room wasn’t ready but we were able to store our luggage with reception whilst we went to eat lunch. I thought we would have a two bedroom apartment but it was actually two one-bedroom apartments with the adjoining door open. That actually worked well for us as we had more room to put our stuff and relax. The staff were lovely at check-in and check-out. The location is fantastic for shopping, nights out and restaurants. The nearest car park is a 5 minute walk. Only downsides are the shower pressure isn’t that great and there are only two sets of cutlery and two of each types of glasses/mugs etc - would be better to have four of each. Would definitely stay again. "
