"Horrible experience! There is no actual staff at this place, just a tablet in the lobby. I made a small mistake with my reservation, but there was nobody available to help me fix it. I contacted the property, and they told me to request a refund through Expedia. I followed their instructions, but they refused to approve the refund anyway. Why tell me to contact Expedia if you have no intention of helping?
I understand the reservation was non-refundable, but the complete lack of customer service...

The room itself (Superior room, queen bed) was incredibly nice. Spacious and clean. The view we had was incredible with floor to ceiling windows across one wall. Bathroom very nice and plenty of space all round. One of the nicer hotel rooms we've stayed in. Solid air conditioning. Good shower.
Within a few minutes walk to the nearest metro station with good connections. Easy walk to the starfield mall also.
We didn't go to the restaurant or have breakfast as there was so many coffee shops...
