Home was clean except we didn’t have a big outside garbage can because they we full until our last day than we could take trash out. Maintenance never showed up to fix swing that was broke my daughter in law sat on it the 1st day. Chains were rusted out. It seems like the neighborhood would clean up the weeds around the homes. A few structural things needed repair but this didn’t impede our time. The only things that we felt could have been better is that the master tub water drained and we were not able to use it and the TV buffered and kicked us off every time we tried to watch anything in the evening. No need to pack the fans if you sleep with one. This house has an abundance of them. Just steps away from the gulf beautiful views. Only downfall of our trip was the dang cold and that awful wind. Reviewer Comments: Smiles and Waves exceeded my expectations. The house is spacious and is well maintained. The outdoor shower, sand box, grill and swings were a huge hit for my family. This home is in walking distance to the beach, not even a three minute walk. I have four small children and the walk was very doable. The beach was not crowded at all. Reviewer Comments: We fell in love with the area and the house. Under the house it is paved, so the kids rode their bikes. There is a variety of seating and a swing, bonus! Everything was super clean, the beds were all very comfortable, and everything was very kid friendly. Our only downfall was the location to the beach. The walk wasn’t bad at all, but we have 3 kids under 6 and for them it was challenging to walk back and fourth. Overall we were highly satisfied and would definitely recommend!
