We had an overall great experience. Communication with Jill the owner was great. The condo was close to everything we wanted to do. We love to fish the pier and it was around 5 minutes to get there from the condo. The condo was clean and it had everything we needed. Every imaginable kitchen necessity was available. Beach theme decor, but not cheesy. Owner was prompt in responses to questions.Very comfortable. We stayed for three weeks. My daughter in-law and grandson joined us for a week. Kitchen was fully outfitted. There wasn't one utensil or appliance that we couldn't find. From the moment we walked in the front door we felt at home. The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. We had a bunch of plans to get out and about town and do some things but we were mesmerized by the views from the balcony, that we spent the majority of our time right there or on the beach. Which by the way, you are literally a few steps away from the beach access. We saw black nosed sharks, sting rays and dolphins from the balcony. The water was crystal clear and playing in the ocean was so much fun. Parking is super easy! The host Jill is super nice. We would definitely stay again. Our view on the 8th floor was great. Really never experienced any elevators issues bein on 8th floor either. Our stay was very quiet. Our unit owner was very quick to assist us with an issue at checkin and it was very much appreciated. The unit has most anything needed when preparing meals.I drove a full sized truck and passing thru the garage is a tight squeeze making the first turn but ultimately no issues.Great stay! ##### tom w.
