Perfect Beach Getaway

For a family that needed some rest & relaxation, Sunrise fit the bill. What we wanted was family time & we enjoyed it at the beach everyday. Yes, like every home the property has some wear & tear but if you are looking for a nice affordable beachfront property- this is it!

We all loved the fact that each bedroom had a bathroom. I would provide a couple of suggestions small single serve Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge on 3rd floor and 2nd floor master suites it would make a great little touch. And a little clean up around the pool area but other than those suggestions the place and location was great!

Best part was location & cost

The location was perfect. The house needs work. When you walk in the door, you are hit with that musty mildew odor. New floors and washer/ dryer. Everything else needs a deep clean and upgrade. Pool area cracked, weeds grown up with sticker bushes and water hose to wash the sand off your feet did not work. Needed more towels. For our group that was older it was too many stairs. No board walk to the beach but it was still pretty close and beautiful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of Sunrise was perfect! We loved the layout of the house. We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the bathrooms. Multiple bathrooms had mold and smelt of urine. The linens were clean. The mattresses were not very comfortable. The A\C was great. The views were amazing. The pool area was disappointing. It is need of some upgrades to the decking and the landscaping needed some TLC. Would definitely stay here again!

The scenic view was a significant highlight, and the house offered ample space for my family of 7 and my aunt's family of 6. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with roaches in the kitchen and living room. Despite reaching out, pest control was promised but never arrived. Additionally, there was a rain leak through the balcony door on one particularly stormy day during our stay.

Graduate Trip at the Sunrise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this is a convenient and quaint house to stay in on the beach. The house needs some TLC in various areas, but nothing that would deter me from renting again. The only challenge was the AC. Renters are not allowed to adjust it to lower than 72 degrees or it will damage the chiller. If this occurs, costs may be passed on to the renter. The AC is temperamental....sometimes cold/sometimes hot on second floor, freezing on first floor, luke warm on third floor. However, the rental company always responded in a timely and professional manner. This was our overall experience.

Nice duplex, walkway to beach that is pictured is not for this house it belongings to the neighbor. This house has a sand walkway to beach not bad just thought there would be access to it, would be a downside to people with mobility issues. Slider to main deck was very hard to open/close. I did request someone to look at it they responded quickly and were going to send someone... but no one ever showed. Outside area next to house could use a little clean up. But All in All a good duplex, clean would stay again.

There are numerous problems with cleanliness and repairs. I have pictures that show all of the dirt and mold and lack of repairs. Sad that several have previously reported same issues with nothing being corrected or followed up. The property could be excellent if only better repaired and cleaned and maintained. When you spend thousands of dollars to stay there you expect more.

The house was nice. It accommodated us well. The outside of the house could use some cleaning. It would have been nice to have a walk way over the dunes. The kitchen had little bugs that got into the food. The location to everything was convenient. You could walk to a few places. The beach was not overly crowded. The neighbors were very loud and it echoed through out the house. There was mold in the air vents in the lower levels. The pool light was shocking us but they did get someone out to fix it. The sliding glass door on the lower level was extremely hard to open. It needs a new track or a good cleaning. Overall it was a nice stay but I think for the price it needs some cleaning and improvements.

Soccer beach getaway

Very responsive to questions and Very helpful. Would def recommend this house to anyone. Very nice stay and not far from soccer fields. Walk to the beach was very nice - a few steps 😎❤️
