  • Direct Gulf Front Sunsuite on the top floor of the Dunes in GSP. Amazing sunrises and sunsets !!!The Balcony door and double window has direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. The side window faces down the beach where you have spectacular sunsets. In the Dining area you have a window that you can see the Mobile Bay. There’s 4 pools (one is an indoor saltwater pool, one is an outdoor saltwater pool and a kiddie pool), an outdoor hot tub (outdoor hot tub is closed May 15 - September 15), new 11x12 ft indoor saltwater hot tub, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball Court, Basketball Court, Kiva Dunes Golf Resort located next door is the number one rated Golf Course in Alabama. Beach Chairs and Umbrellas are available to rent during peak seasons.
    MINIMUM AGE TO RENT: 21

A Perfect Stay

The overall experience with this room is amazing. Anthony is a perfect host. He stays in touch and makes sure everything is great. The view is outstanding and the best on the property. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Fort Morgan

Small studio perfect for two with a beautiful view from the top floor. The condo is far enough to allow for uncrowded beaches with an easy drive to the heart of Gulf Shores.

Perfect little getaway.

The property is a little off the beaten trail but in a good way. 15 minutes from anything you just might need, and Anthony is amazing. Super helpful and able to give recommendations for restaurants and things to do, but you’re just going to want to stay on the beach the whole time. Beach was great and the view from the balcony was great. This is perfect for a couple just wanting a few days to themselves, if you’re thinking about booking this, just pull that trigger. We will be staying here again the next time we go to the area.

Very nice property, clean grounds and building, well lit parking lot, nice restaurant (Sassy Brass), easy access to the beach, nice pool, nice lobby. The unit we stayed in had great views from every window. --Needs better grills onsite. --The flooring, wall and baseboards behind and under the bed in our unit was really dirty. Nightstand shelves were very dusty. ---Queen size bed a bit small for 2 adults to sleep confortably.

Really lovely view from the cute little balcony. Access to the beach couldn’t be easier and there are also several pools to choose from. Anthony was the most attentive and helpful host and prepared us well in advance with directions and all the best places to eat etc. I would rent from him again in a heartbeat! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This condo is in a great location. A nice drive down a tree lined road and not just rows and rows of condos as there are in other locations around the area. Beautiful view of the beach.
