"The room wasn’t properly cleaned. Dirty shower, baseboards, sticky floors. Breakfast was in a separate building and not good/fresh/hardly any options. Staff wasn’t friendly or inviting. Will not be back."

"The hotel was fantastic, though it had a unique vibe compared to other embassy suites. A memorable touch was the smores they provided for a cozy gathering by the forecourt and pool. The breakfast was incredibly fresh. The staff was amazing, except for Chrissy (the bartender who seemed to roll her eyes and ignore us, as if we weren’t welcome). "

"The room we stayed in for this trip, was somewhat clean, I feel like the bathroom could have been a little more cleaned up in the shower area. There was also a messed up part of the floor. The king size bed was not the most comfortable. Breakfast was decent but it was okay enough for a couple night stay."

"We arrived on a Monday so we didn't need room cleaned on Tuesday morning. But we returned from the beach and got a lot of sand on the floor so I went to the desk and asked for room to be cleaned. Housekeeping was gone for the day so I asked the man at the desk if we could get room cleaned in the a. m. and he said yes. Went fishing on Wednesday and when we returned the room had not been cleaned. I went to front desk to let them know so housekeeping mgr came to see if we wanted room cleaned. Yes please! While we were at dinner she brought towels but room never did get cleaned. That's never happened to us before."
