Beautiful property and very family-friendly. The morning breakfast was a plus. The location could not have been better. The full view of the ocean rooms were definitely worth the price. All of the dogs were a little annoying and it did not have a hot tub, which would have been amazing at night.

The rooms are very comfortable having a nice sitting area with a comfy couch, table, and versatile ottoman’s that you could either sit at a nesting table or prop up your feet on. There are two tv’s in separate rooms too. At the present time, there really is no choice of outside parking, only valet. There are plenty of restaurants and beach access in walking distance from the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The room we reserved wasn't available at the designated check-in time, and it seemed the room we received instead wasn't as nice as the premium paid for a Gulf view; also, amenities associated with the mandatory resort fee (smores kit) weren't available, and beach chairs/umbrella were packed up by staff earlier than the time indicated, so we received no value for it. The property itself is nice, relatively new, and close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.
