- Everyone loves our little Sunshine Cottage !! You won't find another place like this. Kinda small, not new...but you won't want to leave. It's a beach cottage off the beach...in a wooded setting surrounded by trees and green grass. House is about 3 miles from the beach, so close to everything. But you can leave the traffic behind. We have 4 homes in the neighborhood, and we've been honored with over 300 five star reviews. Fenced backyard for pups!! Sleeps 5, one queen , one full, and one twin beds. Completely furnished and ready for you. All bedding furnished , bring your towels. Everything else is here. Kitchen is fully equipped, with washer and dryer also. Sit on the screen porch and relax in tranquility.
Walk or bicycle to all kinds of places. Target, Books-a Million, multi-plex movies, a bunch of restaurants and shopping. All just about in your back yard. Tanger Outlet center and Foley just a few miles away to the north, Gulf Shores beach just 3 miles south...it's the perfect location. NOT a condo surrounded by crowds...A Home away from Home !
