As long as you go to the beach! And this wonderful condo inside Crystal Towers allows you to do just that. With Gulf and Lagoon views, access to soft sandy beaches, as well as other community amenities, such as pools, hot tubs and fitness center you will have an unforgettable experience. As a guest of Crystal Towers, you will enjoy three pools, two outdoor and one indoor. The Lagoon side of the property has an indoor pool, one of the outdoor pools, and a hot tub. The other pool lies on the Gulf side of the property via the covered walkway. Located on the 15th floor of the building, this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo comes with everything you need to call it home away from home. There is an elevator that provides access to both the walkway to the beach and the room. The kitchen is completely stocked if you wish to make a home-cooked meal. There are a full-size washer and dryer in the unit and TVs in both rooms and the living room. Crystal Tower condominiums are conveniently located close to amusement parks, zip-line, fishing, golfing and more. It is only 6.8 miles from Gulf Shores Sports Complex, 8.5 miles from the Orange Beach Sportsplex, and 11.5 miles from the Foley Sportsplex and OWA Amusement Park. Zoo. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old • Please note that the north side pool and hot tub will be temporarily closed due to the scheduled post-tension repair project. The work is expected to take approximately two weeks, weather permitting. During this period, balcony access will be restricted between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM for units in the 07 stack (Units 1207-207) and the 06 stack (Units 1206-206) due to potential falling debris and concrete chipping. Indoor and south side pools will remain open, and all floors and units will remain accessible. The schedule is subject to change, and weekend work may be required. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve the property. House rules • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine. • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. We were very disappointed that the crosswalk was closed at Crystal Tower. There were other options for getting to the beach but they were too lengthy for my mother who is older and has trouble with her hip. This condo, was not a clean as I was expecting, the ceiling fan in the living room is dirty, there were some bugs around the couch and kitchen. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom looks like the light fixture is going to fall off of it. The main bathroom has mood on the shower curtain liner and on the gout by the floor. Never could get the tv in the bedroom to work. The balcony definitely could use some sturdier chairs to sit in. We had a great trip, and am coming back next month but won’t be staying in this unit. ##### JUDY P.
