The complex also boasts on-site parking for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are $47, and you will receive an email from VRP Access with a link to your parking pass. Parking prices are decided by the Association and subject to change at any time. Your unit includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. We provide a starter set of the essentials—paper products, shampoo, soap, coffee, and beach chairs/umbrellas—so you can just relax and enjoy your stay! A parking pass is included in the cleaning fee.



All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of 300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.
