Luxurious 8th floor unit with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and kitchen.

Caribbean #702 is located in a Gulf front, low density complex that has only 32 units. It features 9' ceilings.

We have a heated salt water indoor pool, fitness center, and outdoor pool in addition to the beach steps away to help you relax.

Our unit comes fully furnished with all the conveniences you expect in a luxury vacation home. We stock our unit with premium sheets; 400+ thread count and extra plush towels to give that luxurious feel you deserve.

We have extensively renovated our condo with all tile floors, granite counter tops in the kitchen, all new stainless steel appliances, dining room and living room furniture. A luxurious vacation awaits you!

Your summer/spring vacation or winter retreat will be perfect in this beach front condo with 1 bedroom, built in hall bunks, and 1 1/2 baths. It includes everything you could possibly want in a relaxing and fun-filled Gulf Shores summer vacation or for your winter retreat.

Our fully furnished kitchen includes everything you will need for all your cooking necessities.

This unit is pet friendly for dogs only, however no dogs are allowed on the beach in the city limits. We have a pet fee of $105 for 1 or $175 for 2. No cats allowed.

We have 4 other units in this building and one beach house across from the Gulf State Park if you need additional accommodations.

We had a great stay. I enjoyed not having a a ton of instructions to check out. Ice maker was great to fill our small cooler and the view was relaxing. My 4 year old was safe and loved hanging on the top bunk.

Fun in the sun!

We came down for our HS daughter's softball tournament. A wonderful location right on the beach, our 7th story baclony offered an amazing view! There was plenty of room for our two dogs and 8 year old daughter. Everything was clean and neat, and Lance was extremely easy to work with. He even provided us with an extra night late notice because we weren't ready to leave paradise.

We enjoyed our stay during spring break. The elevator was down upon arrival but was quickly back up and running within 24 hrs. The outdoor pool is heated! Lance was quick to respond with all my questions. Would definitely stay again.

A good overall experience difficult making app work for checking in and leaving. While unit was clean the bathroom needs work leaking shower has caused mold problem and toilet can not be cleaned

Great location

We had a good stay and made great memories. Location was great and we really appreciated the owners allowing us to bring pets. We recognize this is not the owner’s responsibility and the nature of a condo, but we were frequently greeted by the smell of marijuana and cigarette smoking when we wanted to enjoy the beautiful view this condo offers- just want other renters to be aware. There were even people smoking in the indoor pool area while swimming making it unusable at those times with children (or myself being pregnant). It was generally clean, but some of the pillows and blankets were not useable. Kitchen is very bare for cooking so just keep that in mind if you plan to eat in. The beach is very easy to access from condo and it was beautiful.

Golf Shores

Property was as advertised. It was clean and had enough room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Make sure you bring trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. There is only one of each. We enjoyed our mornings on the balcony and days on the beach. Only knock I have was the elevator. It was out and the condo is on the 7th floor. We spent 3 nights and the only time it was working was when we first arrived. This made for quite a bit of work while on vacation hauling gear from the beach up to the condo. There was no compensation for the elevator being out as well.

Fool’s Gold

So, my recent stay wasn't quite the luxurious getaway I'd hoped for, especially considering the price tag. I was seriously surprised – other people in the building were paying way less, even with pet fees (and everyone seemed to have a dog! Met some lovely people that way, though!).The outdoor pool was a bit of a let-down. The "heated" part was often a bit of a fib, making it unusable, and the furniture around it was pretty rough. The indoor pool? Let's just say I wasn't brave enough to use it – it was seriously grimy! I called property management, but nothing ever happened, which was frustrating.My condo itself was okay, but not perfect. The master bed looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned before I arrived, so I had to wash the sheets. The bathtub was another story – rusty faucet and a leak made showering a safer bet than bathing. And, the air filter looked like it hadn't been changed in ages – yuck! I reported all these issues, of course.The ocean view was gorgeous, no doubt about it, but honestly, I think the price was a bit steep for what I got. I don't think I'll be returning, sadly.PS For the indoor pool, it was so dirty that I was afraid to use it. I called property management and complained. They never did come clean it up, which is terrible because what I found used Tampons products
