Low density complex - only 18 units - complex is directly on the beach. Island Outfitters directly across the street. Ice cream/snowcone/deli store 1/2 block away!

    Unit is fully tiled. This condo has a private balcony overlooking the pool, beach and gulf. Equipped with all appliances, whirlpool tub in master bath, ice maker, 3-Cable Flatscreen TVs (living room - 43" Smart TV with Netflix, HULU - user account required), VCR, (3)DVD, CD-Stereo. Both regular and Keurig coffee makers!

    Complex has Elevator, BBQ grilling area, Full size Washer/Dryer available -credit/debit card service on each floor ($3.00/cycle).
