  • Beautiful condo located on the top floor. Unit is a non-smoking condo that is located across the street from the beach with dedicated beach access. Located 1 mile west of Hwy 59 and minutes to nearby restaurants, shopping, amusement parks, fishing, golf and more. This unit is a non-smoking and no pets allowed unit and is not negotiable.

    The complex is equipped with two elevators for your convenience, multiple grills, gazebo for picnics and a beautiful pool.

    Unit has a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful furnishings, 55" TV in living area, TVs in each bedroom, DVD for each TV, XBox360 in living area, books, movies, games and more. Up to 6 guests permitted - COA rules.
