Gulf Shores Paradise---We are in Building 2, Fourth Floor at Surfside Shores----Wake up each morning to a fantastic view of the sunrise over the ocean, HEATED pool, and end each day with the gorgeous sunsets seen only at the beach.
You will feel pampered with the private BEACHFRONT BALCONY off your. master suite as well as off the living area. Also enjoy a lovely view of Little Lagoon from the second suite. This condo is ideal for families or two couples. Sleeps 6 guest comfortably. Enjoy Free WiFi.
The beds are furnished with 300 or higher thread count cotton linens, and super comfortable high quality mattresses. The beachside master suite has a 32" TV. You can really relax after a fun day on the beach. Second suite has a TV/DVD. Each suite has its own attached bathroom and clothes closet for your convenience and complete privacy. The windows have blackout curtains for sleeping in.

Sleeper sofa in the living room and 42" Flat Screen TV/DVD sits on a Beautiful Electric Fireplace (nice for the chilly winter evenings). Two new extra comfortable Lazy Boy recliners, one is a leather rocking recliner, and sofa sleeper which makes this unit very comfortable for two couples or a family of five or six.

Kitchen has a stove, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, fully stocked cupboards with dishes and cookware. MARGARITAVILLE Frozen Concoction machine for all those frozen drinks! Nespresso Mini My Machine and Areoccino for coffee lovers. New Full Size professional WASHER/DRYER unit in the kitchen closet for your use.

Free High Speed Internet service, toys/games/books available for those rainy and pack and play for the baby. Beach toys for the kids. Iron, ironing board, and blow dryers are included.

There are two large pools (one heated year round) and two kid pools. BBQ your lunch or dinner on the big BBQs (charcoal) for your use.

Our condo is super clean and well stocked for your enjoyment. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Patio has table and chairs with two chaise loungers for your pleasure.

$30 parking fee per car for two weeks. Maximum two cars. Cash only.
Nov. 30th to Dec. 16 there will be no elevator as they will be working on the elevator from 7 am Nov. 30 - 5:30 pm Dec. 16. You can book Thurs. from checkin 5:30 pm to 7 am checkout on Monday weekends Dec. 3-6 and Dec. 10-13. The elevator will work then. Thank you.
