  • Enjoy this gulf front 3BR/2BA condo conveniently on the 5th floor, just a few doors down from the elevator. Watch the soothing ocean waves on the spacious balcony or from the reclining couches in your living area. Beach chair rental for 2 is included for stays between March 1 and October 31st. Details will be included in your welcome email.
    Seawind is located directly on the beach, and is one of the newest developments in Gulf Shores. You will be within walking distance to all of Gulf Shores' main attractions, including Sea & Suds (practically in your back yard), Pink Pony, The Hangout, the Gulf State Fishing Pier, along with hot dogs, ice cream, and numerous surf shops. If you are wanting adventure, the jet ski, parasailing, banana boat rentals is next door. You never have to get in your car!
    Our elevators have been modernized !!
    Enjoy hanging out on the property with your choice of amenities including the indoor/outdoor pool (heated in the cooler months), a wading pool with sprinklers for the kids' enjoyment, a sauna, gym, hot tub, and outdoor grilling area. Also, Seawind provides onsite management and security that patrols the building for added security.
    If you want to leave the beach, miniature golf, dolphin cruises, bowling, ferry trips, golf, and fishing are just some of the fun to be had during you vacation. With arcades, a zoo, a water park, amusement parks and more you’ll find enjoyable activities for the entire family.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was beautiful and was had the perfect location on the beach. Restaurants was were well within a convenient walking distance. The chair and umbrella service on the beach was great. I wouldchighly recommend a stay here.

AMAZING place!!

We stayed as a family with a toddler and could not be happier with the space, very family friendly (and very neat-no things laying around for toddler to get into). The location is amazing. Contacted the host during our stay about a water drainage issue in the shower, host is VERY responsive and issue was fixed in no time! Would give 6 stars if I could!

Gulf Shores experience

This was our first time to Gulf Shores and we were thrilled with our trip. We loved the condo, it was comfortable and in a great location right on the beach. We could be on the huge balcony and see the dolphins swimming by. We would recommend this spacious unit to families with small kids and larger groups alike. We will definitely be back.

The condo was very nice and clean. Communication with the owner was easy and she responded very quickly. My son list his wallet upon arrival and love that the property had security for it to be turned into. This was what we needed to end the summer!

This was the first time staying in this unit. Very impressive! it was like walking into a new condo. Up to date furnishings and very clean! convenient walking to restaurants. This building has always been our favorite and now this unit is our new favorite!

Beautiful beach-front condo!

The condos at Seawind are great (at least ours was anyway... I know each unit is independently owned & furnished). We stayed on the 5th floor which I thought had a perfect view of the beach. Our condo was nice and clean, well-maintained and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of room for our group of 7. We did have to buy some extra toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, hand soap & laundry pods to get us through the week, but if you've ever stayed in a beach condo that is pretty common. Communication with the property manager Renee was excellent. I thought this condo was perfectly located in Gulf Shores; we walked to the restaurants and shops we wanted to go to. If we are ever in the area again we will book this condo!

Just What We Needed

Our stay was amazing! Master and Queen beds were so comfortable. Overall we just had a great time and the rental was just so cozy and you can not beat the view. Nothing I would change except to maybe mention in an email right before to renters to bring trash bags, paper towels and dish washer detergent or add to the book on the counter. This might be obvious to most but I was a first time renter and it would have helped me tons because we didn't realize it until after we had made our walmart food run. Dollar general and market were out. But now I now for future vaca rentals. The elevators times are horrible BUT that is not anything you can change :) Also maybe mention you can buy the orange bracelets at the guard shack I had no idea about that either I thought they were supposed to be in that bowl.

Was very happy with our stay! The room was nice, clean and very spacious for our family of 5. Had a wonderful view short walk to the beach. The kids loved the pool. Super convenient we got chair rentals with our stay. Host was very easy to reach/communicate with. 10/10 would recommend. Great place especially if you have younger children.
