  • Private home overlooking the bay! Property has a pier for fishing, wildlife viewing, and taking in the sunsets. Amazing views from the covered porch. Peaceful location on Ft. Morgan peninsula away from the crowds. Property features 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Inside, guests will find everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is equipped with appliances and basic cookware. Downstairs there is a private outdoor dining porch and utility bathroom. Closest public beach access point is approximately 2 miles away.

    This property is located approximately 12 miles west of Hwy 59 on AL HWY 180 in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

    ADDITIONAL DETAILS

    * Free guest parking - room to park 2 vehicles on site.

    * Amenities include free WiFi, 2 smart tv's, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor covered porch, ground level dining porch, utility bathroom, charcoal grill, fishing/sunset pier.

    * Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.

    * Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, 1 starter roll of toilet paper/paper towels, and travel-sized soap in bathroom.
