DOG Friendly 3BR/2BA home offers a prime location across the street from direct beach access. The large open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and hanging out with the whole family.
(WE DO NOT HAVE A WEIGHT/BREED LIMIT ON DOGS... THEY ARE ALL WELCOME!)

LIVING AREAS
Unwind in the living room on the sectional sofa & oversized chair with seating for eight. Watch a movie on the 55” flat screen TV multiple streaming selections or simply enjoy some quality time with your family. The oversized chair in the living room also folds out into a sleeper.

KITCHEN & DINING
Fully stocked with all the gadgets you’ll need to prepare your favorite foods, the kitchen provides a double sink, all new appliances, and an eat-in kitchen that seats 6.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
Find quiet privacy in the spacious upstairs master bedroom with a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and plenty of storage for all your vacation essentials. The master suite also offers its own private deck with bistro table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun come up. Downstairs, the second bedroom also provides a king bed while the third bedroom offers two full size beds.

This home includes two full sized bathrooms with showers with excellent water pressure.

OUTDOOR AREAS
The deck is waiting for you to take in the ocean views and enjoy the sound of the surf. Grill dinner on the charcoal grill on the ground floor with outdoor furniture seating for 6. The ground floor also has a fully enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand and sun. A fish cleaning station with sink is also offered for your use. Lastly the storage shed complete with beach cart is perfect for all of your chairs and umbrella storage.

EXTRA AMENITIES
Perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and paved driveway parking for 4 vehicles. This home allows two dogs. Contact me to discuss any special pet requests. *Please remember our four legged friends must be crated if ever left in the home alone.*

THE LOCATION
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

The Sassy Bass Market Place has a large variety of grocery options & drinks just a few minutes down the road.

The beach and gulf view from the master bedroom was awesome. Balcony was very nice and peaceful. Very open floor plan and plenty of room. We loved that it was pet friendly because of our baby boxer.

Our “mini” vacation was awesome! The house had everything we needed and just steps to the beach. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck. Neighborhood was quiet. Our two pups enjoyed it too. We would definitely love to stay again.

Flip Flop Inn was absolutely perfect! The house layout is great for families and pets. The outside area under the house was great for hanging out and relaxing after a day at the beach. Kitchen is well equipped and living room furniture comfortable. Bedrooms/beds are comfy and good size. Owner was extremely helpful and very reponsive. Will definitely return!

This was our second stay at Flip Flop Inn. We absolutely love it here. Sarah and Justin are amazing to work with and communication is amazing. We love being close to the beach and to be able to hear the waves at night from both decks. The beach cart they have for their guests is amazing. We cannot wait to book again!

Flip flop Inn was wonderful. It had everything my husband and I needed and just a skip to the beach. The owners were very helpful with any questions or concerns and promptly returned texts. Highly recommend staying at FlipFlop Inn. We will be back.

Perfect Beach View

We really enjoyed staying here. The house met all of our families needs. We loved sitting out on the deck in the mornings listening to the ocean. It was so convenient how close it was to the beach. Great place!!!!!!

Great Location!

My family had a great stay at the Flip Flop Inn. Comfortable, clean and so close to the beach. Great views of the water from the top balcony as well. My 10-year-old son said he loved the calm and welcoming vibe :)

Family Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the Flip Flop Inn. The location was great just right next to the beach access. The views from both decks and even just sitting inside the livingroom are amazing! We had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the host was good and they made everything very easy. We had a great week on the beach!

Perfect Beach Getaway

The Flip Flop Inn was just as described! This house is stocked with everything you'd ever need on a beach vacation, and the beach cart was especially nice to have. The beach is just steps away! This is such a nice property for pet lovers looking for a low key beach getaway.

Excellent beach house

Fantastic first family beach vacation!

Our stay at this VRBO property was amazing. The house was clean and just a short walk to the beach. The owners were more than accommodating, as they worked with us on an earlier arrival time, provided information on 4th of July fireworks plans and answered any random questions we came up with for our trip. The overall experience was exceptional and could not be beat!!!!

Awesome Memories

Made awesome memories with the grandchildren! This is the second stay for us here at Flip Flop Inn and we love it. It was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great and the big beach buggy that was there was a winner with everyone! We hope to stay there many more times!!!
