CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day. MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates. PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property. CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase. WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a starter pack of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. We provided a long list of things that needed to be fixed when we checked in - including a microwave that couldn't be used and was a fire hazard. They brought us a new one. The unit wasn't clean. When we checked in, one of the bathtubs had oil and sand in it. The floors were dirty. I guess the ridiculous part was a sign left in the unit saying WE had to sweep the floors and have the unit cleaned for the next guests. Are you kidding me??? Had to cancel last year because they wouldn’t allow anyone to use the balconies and was told we had to cram all of the balcony furniture inside the unit. Unacceptable. This year, our bar ice maker was broken. Contacted them within 3 hours of check in. Took two more times and a leak under the kitchen sink to get someone up there. That was 3 days later. This is an annual girls beach trip and we’ve stayed here four times. If the layout and location weren’t the best we’ve found in the 30 something years we’ve been doing this, we would probably look somewhere else. ##### Caroline R. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were nice, and all the systems worked well. This unit could use a larger television in the living room, but that is nit-picking.
