  • Welcome to Island Royale 504 in beautiful Gulf Shores. This direct Gulf-front condo is located on the 5th floor and features beautiful décor and furnishings. We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure guests have a great experience.     The oversized private Gulf-front balcony can be accessed from BOTH the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy panoramic views of emerald water and sugar-white sand. The balcony includes:

Gulf shores perfection!

What a wonderful condo this is! We enjoyed sitting on the big balcony overlooking the beach and surf. Hearing the waves roll in was so relaxing. The condo was clean and well appointed; everything we could have needed was there. The owners have even provided beach chairs to enjoy. I highly recommend this place. We will book it again on any future trips!

We had a wonderful experience. Great condo and location. Jason was easy and plesant to work with. He and his wife live nearby and can respond to any issues quickly if you were to have any. We did not. Everything was great. We highly recommend.

Terrific oceanfront condo

We really loved this place. The view from the balcony is terrific and the furniture is nice and comfortable. It's close to the elevator which makes for easy access and we never noticed any noise from the elevator or people in the hallway. There is a small grocery store across the street which is convenient to get supplies. The owner/Manager is local and was a great help to us when we had to cut our stay short due to a family emergency back home.

Perfect Spot Perfect Views

Condo and owners were great. Not one bad thing to say. Everything is exactly as advertised and pictures don’t do condo justice. Had everything that we needed for a week and more. A super plus was outdoor pool was actually heated!!! Beach was perfect and condo is located near everything you need. If you want a spectacular dinner head to Jesses on the Bay in Fort Morgan short drive and you won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Beautiful space, place and people

This is the second time my family has stayed here. Not only are the beaches and water gorgeous but it is not overly crowded in this area. The condo provides an A list of amenities and is conveniently located near the elevator on the 5th floor with steps away from the beach, pool and parking as well as a few restaurants and gift shops. Jason made it extremely easy to book the condo and notified us along the way about payments made, key codes and things to do the week we were staying. He always responded quickly to our questions.

Fantastic experience wonderful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit for two months. The sound of the waves was thoroughly relaxing. I walked the beach each morning at sunrise. The beach was very easy to walk and I made it the 2 1/2 miles to the pier quite often. The Hangout is only about 3/4 of a mile down the beach and the pink pony is definitely walkable. If you want to go a little further you can make it to Sea and Suds. We walked to most of the restaurants that we went to.Jayson, the owner, was fantastic to deal with. It was very nice to deal with an owner instead of a management company. There wasn’t much wrong, but when we encountered an issue he responded to everything very quickly. He gave us recommendations on where to go and where to dine.

Fabulous stay!

We had a great time in this condo. It was so clean and the beds were more comfy than home! Everything we needed was right there. Beach access was easy and we loved chatting with Joe the security guard each time we walked outside.

Great view & location!
