When you step into this condo, the relaxation begins! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you'll need! The views from the living room and master bedroom are fabulous! There is balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. The living room has lots of seating and a 75" smart tv! (\*\*\*There is no sofa sleeper\*\*\*)The kitchen is fully stocked and updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. And there is plenty of seating in the dining area and at the kitchen bar! The dining table has a bench on one side, so you can fit all of the kiddos there! And, there is a dry bar for all of your "refreshments"! The master bedroom has a king bed, entrance to gulf front balcony and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed and the third bedroom is perfect for the kids! In the third bedroom, there are two twin beds PLUS a set of double bunk beds! Lots of fun to be had in this room! There is a 2nd bathroom for those two guest rooms. Highly recommend Bahama Buck’s for some unique shaved ice treats.I just really wish the lazy river/waterslide at the property next door closed earlier than 10pm. Kitchen etc stocked well. Sleeping arrangement was excellent. Private pool not crowded & nice grilling area with gazebo. Easy access to Rental chairs & umbrellas along the beach. Not walking distance to restaurants or shopping but close. Entrance to condo immediately thru traffic light & hard to maneuver if a car is in the turn lane. Also easy to miss. Smaller property which means no wait at the elevator, no trouble parking, and no crowded beach. Easy sacrifice not to have the few amenities of the larger resorts. Older building but condo had nice updates. Loved the ocean view from the living room and bedroom. Really enjoyed the comfortable living room furniture.
