"This is my second time staying at Secrets The Vibe and had a great time. Enrique at the front desk was especially attentive and helpful with any and all requests which I really appreciated. The entire staff at the MarketPlace restaurant were wonderful as usual. I had a great time and will be back next year but one critique regarding cleanliness of the pool areas. On several occasions in the mornings there were dirty dishes with food on the tables from the night before I assume which attracted the black birds and not a comfortable time for us. Maybe a suggestion that a pool area staff member pick up all of the empty bottles and plates first thing in the morning while they are placing towels on the deck chairs."

"Great place to travel alone with my three children. Food was great and very accessible drinks were on point everybody at the hotel was nice and respectful and welcoming. Whenever I needed something they were always there to help me. I had a beautiful vacation in Mexico thank you."
