Fort Pickens at Gulf Shores National Seashore is also worth a visit. Shoreline park boat launch with clean restrooms and adjacent covered picnic tables overlooking the bay is just up the street and across from the Gulf Breeze Community Center with tennis, pickle ball, basketball, kids playground and splash pad. Restaurants within walking distance from the complex. small gas BBQ on site, and beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, noodles, and sand toys available for your use.)
