Toilet flushed on its own constantly. Had to complain late at night and had to move to another room which was only available because someone had to cancel. The hotel advertised food but there wasnt a chef because they were working along wirh bar staff at the nearby festival., no regard to hotel guests. We paid far too much money for the poor facilities and obvious lack of staff . Also we parked in their customer car park, residents only. When we checked in we had to give registration details, when we told the staff member she said it was for staff only.
