Before confirming your reservation, it is mandatory to present the printed authorization form at check-in (sent after providing the guests’ information). Without this document, access to the property will not be allowed. The latest check-in time is 9:30 PM.

About the Apartment

This apartment has been completely renovated and designed to offer comfort and convenience. It features two bedrooms (a suite with a queen bed and 32” Smart TV, and a bedroom with a double bed and two extra mattresses), a living room with a sofa bed, 42” Smart TV, dining table, and a balcony with a side view of the beach. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, basic cookware, and utensils. There are two full bathrooms and a small laundry area.

Bedding and Towels

Sheets and one bath towel per guest are provided, in addition to pillows, blankets, and a bedspread. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach towels and extra items if needed.

Beach Items and Parking

Three beach chairs and one umbrella are available. The building offers an optional beach umbrella setup service (check with reception). There is one covered and designated parking space.

Location

The apartment is located next to Shopping La Plage and close to supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream shops, and the Boulevard on Rua Caminho do Mar, a pedestrian street with many dining options and stores. For families, the Trenzinho da Alegria tour departs near the building.

Condo Rules

The building is strictly residential. We request that guests respect all rules and quiet hours. We do not rent to groups of unaccompanied teenagers. One small pet is allowed per rental for an additional fee.

You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring complete privacy during your stay, as well as being able to use the covered and designated parking space.
IMPORTANT: Download the Airbnb app on your phone and enable notifications! Once you make your reservation, pay attention to the messages sent directly through the Airbnb chat. All essential information for your stay, such as the address, passwords, and instructions, will be provided there. We strongly recommend that you have the app installed and notifications enabled to ensure you do not miss any communication. Please note that check-in starts at 3 PM and you must arrive at the property by 9 PM. Check-out is at 11 AM, but you can arrange a late checkout in advance if needed.
