A couple of times we have had to get in touch with manuel(the owner), while we were there, and straight away he was there to help,once when we needed the gas bottle changed,and also this last time we locked ourselves out,but Manuel came straight away. I would recommend this property it would also be great for familys,literally 1 minute across the road and you are on the beautiful beach. The nearest supermarket is a 5-7 minute walk. to the supermarket Mercadona, 15 minutes. Sea 50 meters from the Villa. Gorgeous beach, sand, shallow entry into the sea, which is very convenient for families with children. Across the street a nice restaurant Casablanca with sea views. Food good. On some evenings pleasant live music. Rental villas we talked with Manuel Espinosa. He met us, handed over the keys to the Villa, all shown inside, told how to use it. Was in constant communication. Once a week, linen changed and towels. Only one disadvantage - it was very stuffy in the house when the heat came. I wish the owners to equip air conditioning or at least to purchase a floor fan. We recommend the Villa for families with children. Thank you!
