### LUCIA RESIDENCE, HOLIDAY APARTMENT
The apartment is located in one of the most spectacular beaches of Alicante, the beach is about 10 to 12 km, Guardamar is a small coastal town between 15,000 and 20,000 inhabitants, the enclabe is beautiful because it has a lot of pine forest and one of the best beaches in the Valencia region, within the town offers on everything, restaurants, cafes, terraces, pubs, pubs to go out at night for a while .....
10 minutes drive you have the salt of Santa Pola which offers on observation booths for migratory birds, as the salt is a continuous passage of migratory birds. 10 minutes is Torrevieja, 35 minutes have alicante, 1 hour you benidorm where Terra Mitica is, Terra Natura Aqua Natura, Sea World, Acualandia one of the biggest water parks in Europe, 20 minutes inland you saw callused and Orihuela, where you could go hiking and have fully equipped climbing routes.
The apartment is located 200 meters from Mercadona and 400 meters from the beach, which if is a vacation for not wanting to move the car, you can do, in fact the whole beach area is blue zone, which would have to pay, so it is not worth getting off by car, the apartment has three bedrooms, one of which has a bed length and a half, the other a double bed and the other two beds, if necessary a bed more, I have of them, ask. It has 2 bathrooms with showers and baths, a kitchen with utility room and a large dining terrace. if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask Thanks and happy stay.
