"this place is pretty pricy, esp. for Cuba. However, the hot water is VERY limited, so the Jacuzzi is useless. For this price I would expect running hot water and functional jacuzzi. This place is nice, but not worth such a high price Note that this is pretty far from Havana, expect 20 cuc one way via taxi. There is bus but it's not very convenient. "This place is very safe and private. The owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Havana. It is a couple of miles away from the airport. He was having problems with the Wi-Fi, but it was free, and we all know how difficult the internet is in Cuba. Overall I am very satisfied."

"The people are absolutely nice! The listing has a number of misinformation. 1. It says property is connected to a Shopping Centre, no! It's a residential house with rooms to rent. 2. The room I had booked was a room with pool view but the one given had no view at all. If you open, you get to see wall, if you want air-conditioning, none. The listing also says you get the whole property to yourself, no, you just get a room with no room amenities at all. Food is okay, breakfast was good."
