Rooms were clean, facilities are good and location is great! Service is wonderful. However, the beds can definitely be more comfortable and the facilities need to be kept up regarding maintenance. I stayed here over a year ago and you can see that there is a lot of wear in the carpets, wallpaper, walls, floors and elevators. A hotel of this stature needs to emphasize on maintenance to keep it in good condition.

The staff was very helpful, we had a great time staying at the Hard Rock hotel and I would recommend it. Things that can be better, the room could be updated, specifically the carpet and furniture inside. We also had trouble with the motion lighting sensors, I had to disconnect the power to the lights under the bed. Room service was very convenient and came up promptly.
